Manu is a seasoned and dedicated healthcare professional, bringing over two decades of experience in nursing profession with a passion for patient care and commitments to excellence.
Her journey began to United Kingdom in January 2006 when she completed further Overseas Nursing Programme from Thames valley University and Registered to NMC in August 2006.
In her previous role as a Registered Manager, she played a pivotal role in restructuring and optimising nursing processes, resulting in a notable improvement in resident satisfaction scores. Lyndsey is a dedicated healthcare professional with 20 years of experience in the physiotherapy profession, renowned for her passion for patient care and commitment to excellence. Her journey began at the University of Essex in 2004, and she has since developed a robust background in clinical support and leadership development.
Lyndsey’s career started in the Community Learning Disabilities team and therapy unit in North East and Mid Essex, where she quickly progressed to a senior level. She then worked with the community nursing and therapy team in North Norfolk, eventually obtaining a clinical lead position with the Department of Work and Pensions.
In her previous role as a clinical lead, Lyndsey played a pivotal role in optimizing assessment and training processes and developing tools to support staff. Her extensive experience includes conducting assessments, training, and supporting staff through the learning process. Recognized for her commitment to excellence and continuous learning, she has been acknowledged through national audits and nominations for legend awards.
Lyndsey possesses sound knowledge in physiotherapy practice, current learning and development practices, and leadership development approaches, which she has honed through continuous professional development, external courses and Harvard online training courses. With her line management experience and expertise in leading teams of learning and development professionals, she is well-equipped to contribute to the success of her team.
She enjoys leveraging her leadership and clinical expertise to manage a multidisciplinary team effectively, ensuring the delivery of high-quality rehab services for patients. Lyndsey prides herself on her hands-on approach to leadership and approachability, often seen actively engaging with staff and maintaining the highest standards of care.
