A Collaborative Approach to Rehab
Here at Askham Rehab we combine state of the art technology with highly skilled and experienced professionals ensuring you achieve your full rehabilitation potential.
The first step in your rehabilitation programme starts with a comprehensive consultation and assessment. This is where we bring everyone together within your desired team; yourself, your GP, our multidisciplinary team, family members, case manager and legal firms and commissioners if required.
You will then set your own goals, and we will work with you to make sure these are achieved. Whether it is maintenance and stabilisation that you need, outpatient input, or goal-focused inpatient rehab – a bespoke package will be designed to meet your needs.
In-patient Care
Patients are welcome to stay at our state of the art facilities, receiving rehabilitation therapy on a more intensive basis, within the comfort of our fully accessible, luxury accommodation.
Out-patient Care
If your goal is to remain at home whilst receiving rehabilitation therapy, we will support you to ensure this is possible. Find out more about our out-patient support below.
