Manu is a seasoned and dedicated healthcare professional, bringing over two decades of experience in nursing profession with a passion for patient care and commitments to excellence.

Her journey began to United Kingdon in January 2006  when she completed further Overseas Nursing Programme from Thames valley University and Registered to NMC in August 2006.

In her previous role as a Registered Manager, she played a pivotal role in restructuring and optimising nursing processes, resulting in a notable improvement in resident satisfaction scores. Her ability to foster a collaborative and supportive work environment has earned the respect from the peers and subordinates alike. She is well-known for her hands-on approach to leadership, often seen on the floor, actively engaging with staff and ensuring that the highest standards of care are maintained.
