Out-patient Care at Askham Rehab
If your goal is to remain at home whilst receiving rehabilitation therapy, we will support you to ensure this is possible. Offering outpatient care through a variety of options, from a one-off visit to attending Askham Rehab on a regular basis, each treatment plan starts the same, with a thorough assessment involving our highly-skilled multidisciplinary team, working collaboratively with everyone involved in your care.
We accept patients from a number of referral sources including; consultants, CCGs, embassies, legal firms and on a private basis as needed. Please get in touch with us to find out more about our accepted funding sources.
Our outpatient offering is highly flexible around your needs. Clients are able to book in advance with any individual discipline of your choosing, or with a combination of requirements depending on the rehabilitation needed.
